I went to the cheese and wine tasting workshop. Going to a cheese and wine tasting workshop when one is abstemious may be incongruous but it is not if you like cheese more than many other things. The workshop was tremendously entertaining, very fun and instructive. Cris is a great “hostess” and makes us laugh with amazing ease. The three hours of the workshop flew by and helped me discover new cheeses, new ways to enjoy them and new drinks! The quality of the food and drink is above expectations … Cris cares about all the details and makes a tasting that could be serious and rigorous, something very entertaining.
It’s a great way to have a good time, disconnect from problems and work and get carried away by the laughter and the good atmosphere that Cris gets. And on top of that, you learn a lot. I recommend it without any doubt!

I participated in the “Carpaccios” workshop knowing in advance that I would like it, for my love and interest in gastronomy, but what I was pleasantly surprised was on the one hand the professionalism and the pleasant treatment received and on the other the quality of the products used in the preparation of the dishes, I did not imagine it.

I TRAVELED, without moving from a wonderful space, Cris managed to get the best from all of us, totally heterogeneous people, who did not know us at all, in my case quite shyly, We did learn, but we also laughed, shared, talked, tasted, enjoyed.
